Wayne did a great job in an unusual situation (buyer was her own agent) that necessitated guiding the buyer through the process. they figured out a solution for the buyer's requirement that we indemnify them which we were unable to do. Wow, what do I say? Wayne Mann is absolutely the best person, agent, friend, etc to work with. To simply say that he is an awesome Agent is to discredit just how great he is. From the first day we meet with him, to the day we sided out house, Wayne has been there the whole time, ready to help, and keeping us on track. I think Wayne should me made regional director for Zip Reality, he's a first class guy! I will say this, if Wayne help with buy cars, trucks, boats, furniture, pets, I would totally use him! There was wording in the new contract that he did not make me aware of that I would be paying all of the transfer fees. This also caused my mortgage officer to not be in the loop with the transaction as well.

Integrity, responsivness, local knowledge, negotiation skills, and professionalism all describe Wayne to a tee. He really does know a great deal about this area. There is something about Wayne that makes him stand out compared to the rest of the agents out there. I think it's that he is sincere in wanting to help and he never tries to "sell" you anything. In this market of declining property value it is a great time to buy,especially for a first time buyer. Wayne did an excellent job of guiding me through the buying process. At every turn in the road he was able to give me advise that helped me keep as many of my pennies in my pocket and get the most house for my money. Zip's site is an excellent tool to search for real estate. One of the best indicators of Zip's commitment to their customers is the fact that the site is always improving itself. Zip doesn't rest on creating a great tool, every time I logged on there were updates of new features that i didn't know that I needed but were very useful. Wayne took the online experience to the real world and made my first home purchase a reality.

Simply the BEST! Really, if you want a down to earth, honest person to work with, then get Wayne as your agent. He is the best Realtor I ever worked with. There are very few genuine people in the world and he is one of them! Wayne is everything one can ask for in an agent. He is very professional and, at the same time, has a very friendly manner. He welcomes every questions one might has and offers his professional opinions and suggests. He actually encourages questions. Also, he is very helpful and very resourceful. When he does not have an answer for you, he will promptly find the answer and response back in a timely fashion. Also, he makes everything goes smoothly from day one. dishonest, was more concerned with getting the sale, than doing what we wanted. Buyer wanted to reduce price after contract was signed, and the agent strong-armed us into accepting buy using all sorts of deceptive tactics, even though the buyer clearly would have lost their eanest deposit.

The seller of the home we bought was supposed to pay for a septic inspection but we did not see the report until settlement. Turns out they did not do a proper inspection and we ended up having to hire a different company to do a proper inspection and had to pay for it. If we had seen the original septic report before settlement, we could have avoided the stress and cost

Our only glitch was with the septic inspection that the seller was to preform as part of the inspection process. I wish Wayne had faxed us the inspection letter before we signed off because we would have known that the buyer did not have the type of septic inspection we were expecting. That said, Wayne has been his usual responsive and professional self and is helping us resolve the problem before we move in
